Don't trust us. Verify us.
Freight fraud got industrial: cloned MC numbers, fake brokers, double-brokered loads vanishing between two dispatch boards. The fix isn't a nicer website - it's verification.
To verify a freight broker, you check three things: an active MC authority in FMCSA's SAFER database, a BMC-84 surety bond (federally required at $75,000), and cargo insurance you can confirm with the insurer - not just a PDF. Ours are below, each with the public source where you can check it. Takes about 60 seconds.
| Claim | Value | Verify at |
|---|---|---|
| MC broker authority | MC #{{ mc }} | FMCSA SAFER |
| BMC-84 surety bond | $75,000 | FMCSA Licensing & Insurance |
| Contingent cargo insurance | $100,000 | COI direct from our insurer - on request, within 1 h |
| TIA membership | Member | TIA member directory |
If any of these ever doesn't check out, call us on it: {{ phone }}.
How do we vet every carrier?
Verification cuts both ways. Before a truck touches your freight, it clears all five. No exceptions for "we're in a hurry."
CHECKS PASSED 5/5
01
Authority & safety record
Active authority at least 6 months, safety scores reviewed. Brand-new MCs - the fraud favorite - wait.
02
Insurance live-check
A call to the agent, not just a PDF. Certificates can be forged; a phone call to the issuing agency can't.
03
FreightGuard & references
Fraud and performance reports pulled, plus references from brokers who've actually loaded them.
04
Dispatcher-to-dispatcher interview
Five minutes of real questions about the truck, the driver and the lane. Fraud rings hate phones.
05
First-load watch
Extra check-ins and location verification on load one. Trust is earned on the road, not in the packet.
Our anti-double-brokering pledge
Every load moves on the carrier named on your rate con - the one we vetted. We don't re-broker, ever, without your written approval. If a load moves on a different truck without it, you'll hear it from us first and the margin is yours.
