Full Truckload Freight Brokerage (Dry Van)

Full truckload (FTL) is one shipper's freight filling one trailer - dock to dock, no terminals, no cross-docking. A 53′ dry van takes up to 45,000 lbs or 26 standard pallets. Exit 8 Corp arranges dry van FTL for food & beverage and CPG shippers across the lower 48: an all-in quote in 30 minutes during business hours, a carrier that passed 5-point vetting, and tracking pushed to you every 4 hours until POD.

What do you get on every dry van load?

The baseline on every load - no tiers, no add-ons.

One dispatcher per lane

A name and a direct line on the rate con. The person who booked the truck is the person who answers.

Check calls every 4 hours, pushed to you

Pickup, in-transit and delivery updates land in your inbox. You never have to ask where the truck is.

Food-grade equipment on request

Washout documented, odor-free, seal on. For ingredient and packaging loads, that's on the rate con.

POD the day of delivery

Signed proof of delivery in your inbox the same day - not after your third email.

Truckload questions, answered

How much does full truckload shipping cost?

It's priced per lane, per date. As an example only: recent national dry van spot averages have generally run around $2.00-$2.40 per mile all-in; tight markets and short notice push it up. Your quote is one firm all-in number - linehaul, fuel and our fee included.

How fast can you cover a load?

Quote in 30 minutes during business hours. Same-day coverage is routine on major lanes when the load is tendered by mid-morning; tighter than that, call us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Do you do drop trailers or power-only?

Yes - power-only and small drop programs for shippers whose docks can't do live loads. Tell us your trailer pool and cadence in the quote form and we'll price it.

What about pallets in vs. pallets out, seals and lumpers?

Handled up front, not discovered at the dock. Pallet exchange terms, seal requirements and lumper handling go on the rate con before pickup - so there's no surprise invoice afterward.
